The service was excellent, they came the same day and did the job. Over and above what was paid for, the boss then made futher enqures about our sewer and advised us that he believed it is what s known as a section 24 sewer.

 As a result of his advice, United Utilties have accepted that it s a section 24 sewer (which means that they are responsible for its upkeep), saving us an absolute fortune! Keep up the good work and sound advice!
